Parkway Academy High School is accepting applications for students for the 2011/2012 school year at this time. You may apply on line on this website or if you prefer, you are able to download and print an admission application and mail a hard copy to us. Also include the required school forms along with your application. Call (954)961-2911 if you have any question about the admission process.

Application - Please complete and return along with the following documents:

• An official school transcript

• Official FCAT results

•  Last report card

An application will not be processed if it is not completed with all required application forms.

Students entering Parkway Academy High School must complete the essay part on the application as well as an entrance exam.

Once your child is accepted, you will be contacted to complete a registration packet.

Additional forms will be required to complete the registration process as quickly as possible. Once you have been accepted and contacted, you will have approximately 3 weeks to complete the process before your application becomes inactive.

Parkway Academy is a school for students who have demonstrated a desire to become master technicians in the automotive industry. This is a four year commitment and will conclude with students having 4 of the 8 required ASE certifications to become a master technician. Students receive high school and college credits for the same high school course. Students leave Parkway Academy and can go directly into the automotive industry or continue their education at Broward Community College to complete the master technician requirements and earn an AS degree in half the time.

All Parkway Academy students do not enroll in the automotive program. Other programs such as Marketing and Business along with Computer Technology are offered. Currently, students are enrolled in “dual enrollment” classes at Broward Community College as well as “OJT” courses.
